How it works
CE Ultra Max is designed to keep drains, pipes & grease interceptors free of fats, oils & grease blockages & odours, and eliminates the need for regular manual cleaning & de sludging. The bioreactor discharges regular doses of distinct activated aerobic & anaerobic bacteria, cultivated & aerated with nutrient, at optimum temperature to achieve maximum growth activity 24/7.
As the pre-activated Bioculture enters the grease interceptor, it begins to digest anaerobically, the fats, oils and greases present, breaking it down into a harmless residue, which then passes into the retention biozone chamber where it is further aerated to assist with aerobic bacterial decomposition. This speeds up the final degradation process, reducing BOD, COD, Orthophosphates, suspended solids, greatly improving ph, and discharging clean water back into the drain. A robust sump pump recirculates aerobic bacteria back to the interceptor to maximise biological efficiency.
