How Bio-R works?
- Biological Activation
A high-strength biological fluid is automatically introduced into an incubation tank filled with cold water. - Incubation Process
The tank is gently heated over a 5-hour period to stimulate the multiplication of grease-degrading microorganisms. This creates a rich “soup” of active, grease-hungry bacteria. - Dosing Schedule
At a pre-programmed time, the Bio-R system automatically releases the incubated solution into the drain line. - Enzyme Coating
After dosing, the inside of the pipework is coated with a layer of active enzymes. This continues to work between dosing cycles, preventing fresh grease from accumulating.
In a nutshell, the Bio-R activates a unique biological fluid using patented processing. It doses this into the drainage system according to a timed schedule, where it immediately begins breaking down fats, oils and grease.
